We made sure that a family member went everday and it was always very clean and smelled clean, my grandmother was always clean and dressed and she never really complained. They went to the cafeteria everyday for their meals and it was always clean and orderly. The residents seemed cheerful and friendly and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant.
